1. Who we are

MaxiTemplates (maxitemplates.com) is run by BlueStork, Andromeda 7, 3225 VA Hellevoetsluis, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 83369988, VAT number NL003810388B58. Email: support@maxitemplates.com.

2. Who sells to you: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all template orders: you buy from Paddle, which handles payment, invoicing, VAT and refunds, and Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the purchase. BlueStork remains the maker of the templates and grants the licence described below.

The prices on this site are final prices including VAT. Business buyers can enter their VAT number in Paddle’s checkout.

3. What you buy

A licence to a website template together with its configurator — an application that runs in your browser and builds a finished website from your texts, colours and photos. It is a digital product, delivered as a download.

  • Basic — 1 website, 1 configurator update, €89 incl. VAT, one-time payment.
  • Extended — 10 websites, 10 configurator updates, €299 incl. VAT, one-time payment.
  • Agency — unlimited websites, unlimited configurator updates, €599 incl. VAT, one-time payment.

What each licence allows is set out in the licence, which is part of these terms. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

4. Delivery

After payment you receive Paddle’s receipt and, from us, an email with a personal download link, sent to the address you used at checkout. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery of the digital product.

5. Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund, without giving a reason. Details: refund policy.

6. Support

Every template includes the written documentation and email answers to bug reports for 30 days after purchase. We answer once a day on working days, usually within two working days.

Support does not cover customisation (changing the design, adding sections or pages, writing code), putting the site online (hosting, domains, email setup), your content (text, photos, translations), problems caused by your hosting or by changes you made to the files, or third-party services you connect the template to. That is real work, available as a paid service.

7. Configurator updates

Updates are for life, for paid configurators only, and their number depends on the licence (1 / 10 / unlimited).

  • Bug fixes are free and never count as an update. They are released as soon as they are ready and carry a third version number (for example 1.4 → 1.4.1).
  • New features come in a release about once a quarter; each such release (for example 1.4 → 1.5) counts as one update of your licence.
  • Guides and articles have their own version number and don’t count as updates.

Updates are delivered through a personal link sent to the email address of the purchase. See configurator updates.

8. Services

Services such as deployment or custom changes are not part of a template purchase and are not sold through Paddle; they have their own terms.

9. Sample content

The sample texts and the demo photos show how a template looks. The download contains grey placeholder images instead of the demo photos; the demo photos are not part of the template licence. See placeholder images and demo photos.

10. Liability

We make the templates with care and fix bugs in them, but we cannot promise that a site made with them is free of errors or suits every purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the template, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
