Licence

Last updated: 6 October 2026

When you buy a template you buy a licence to use it — the template, its configurator and the sites the configurator makes for you. The licence is granted by BlueStork, Andromeda 7, 3225 VA Hellevoetsluis, the Netherlands. Payment is handled by Paddle, our reseller.

Three licences

LicenceWebsitesConfigurator updatesPrice incl. VAT, one-time payment
Basic11€89
Extended1010€299
AgencyUnlimitedUnlimited€599

The number of websites and the number of configurator updates go hand in hand.

What every licence allows

  • Using the configurator to make websites, up to the number your licence allows — your own, or your clients’.
  • Changing the sites it makes in any way you like: texts, photos, colours, and the HTML and CSS itself.
  • Keeping the sites online for as long as you want. Nothing expires.

What no licence allows

  • Reselling or redistributing the template or the configurator itself, alone or as part of another product — including selling it on as a template.
  • Sharing the configurator with people who don’t hold a licence for it.

The Agency licence

The Agency licence allows an unlimited number of websites for your own clients. It does not allow selling the template as a template: unlimited websites, not unlimited copies of the product.

Configurator updates

Updates are for life, for paid configurators only, and their number depends on the licence (1 / 10 / unlimited).

  • Bug fixes are free and never count as an update. They are released as soon as they are ready and carry a third version number (for example 1.4 → 1.4.1).
  • New features come in a release about once a quarter; each such release (for example 1.4 → 1.5) counts as one update of your licence.
  • Guides and articles have their own version number and don’t count as updates.

How it works: configurator updates.

Placeholder images and demo photos

The download contains grey placeholder images in the right sizes. They are ours and you may use them freely.

The photos you see in the demo are from Unsplash and are shown only as an example. They are not part of the template licence and are not in the download: Unsplash’s licence doesn’t allow us to pass them on. Replace the placeholders with your own photos.

There’s a better reason than the licence: a website showing somebody else’s work is the fastest way to lose a customer who recognises it. Your own photos, even taken on a phone, sell better than stock ever will. Take them in daylight, shoot the finished work rather than the process, and keep the camera level. That’s most of it.

When you add your photos, the configurator re-encodes them and throws away their EXIF data, GPS position included — so photos of finished jobs don’t publish the addresses of your customers.

Fonts

The fonts in the template are included in its files and are licensed for use on your websites; the licence of each font is listed in the package.
