Refund policy

Templates: 14 days, no reason needed

If the template isn’t what you expected, write within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back. You don’t need to give a reason. This is a digital download and you agree to immediate delivery at checkout, so the refund is our own policy rather than something you have to argue for.

How to ask

1. Write to support@maxitemplates.com with your order number, or simply reply to your purchase receipt from Paddle.
2. The refund is made through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, to the payment method you used. It usually shows up within 3–5 working days.

You don’t owe us a reason, but if you feel like telling us what didn’t work, it genuinely helps us fix it for the next person.

Services

Services are not sold through Paddle and are not covered by this policy; withdrawal from a service is in the terms for services.
